Kelly is a former Senior Vice-President at RPM MANAGEMENT in Nashville, Tennessee for roster that included: 2 multi-platinum selling recording artists, 4 major-label award winning and gold-selling recording artists, and 3 unsigned developmental artists. There, she also held day-to-day responsibilities for 2 artists, developed and implemented long and short-term brand strategy through visuals and artist development.
In 2004, Kelly opened the RPM MANAGEMENT office in Los Angeles, California where she served as an Associate Manager and Creative Director for TIM McGRAW; Manager for Recording Artists THE WARREN BROTHERS and LANCE MILLER; and as a Creative Director on the wildly successful TIM McGRAW & FAITH HILL SOUL2SOUL 11 Tour.
Kelly's career in the music industry began as an A&R intern at CAPITOL RECORDS in Nashville, Tennessee.
